Can I bring my little ones?
🛝 Unfortunately our venue is only able to accommodate guests 18 and older, so we must limit the events to the guests specifically listed on the invitations.
What airport should I fly into?
✈️ The closest airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), just a short drive from most hotels and venues. You can also fly into LAX or Ontario International Airport (ONT) for more flight options.
If I'm flying in, do I need to rent a car?
🚗 Palm Springs is very walkable, and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available. However, if you want to explore beyond downtown, a rental car might be helpful.
Where should I stay?
🏨 We’re working on the details of a room block but we recommend staying at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel or the Hyatt Palm Springs to remain in walking distance of the venue. Palm Springs also has great boutique hotels, Airbnbs, and resorts.

When & Where is the Welcome Party?
📍 The Welcome Party will be held Friday, January 30th, 2026. The venue will be located in Palm Springs but we're still figuring out those details!
Who is invited to the Welcome Party?
👫 All guests invited to the wedding are encouraged to join us at the Welcome Party!
What should I wear to the Welcome Party?
👕 The attire for the Welcome Party is 'Dressy Casual' - think chic but comfortable! It will be chilly in the evening so be sure to bring a jacket or shawl.
The Wedding
When & where is the wedding?
📍 Our wedding will take place at the beautiful O'Donnell House in Palm Springs on January 31, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 3:30, followed by dinner and a reception under the stars! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.
How do I get to the wedding venue?
🛺 The O'Donnell House sits atop a hillside behind the Palm Springs Art Museum. If you search 'The O'Donnell House' on your GPS, it will provide you with a different address than where you need to be. Instead, please go to The Palm Springs Art Museum, 101 N Museum Drive, and proceed to the NW corner of the parking lot where there will be a golf cart shuttle service to take you up the hill to the venue. If you are self-parking, there is a free, grey and light green, multi-level parking garage (222 N Museum Dr.) right across the street from the shuttle service location.
What’s the dress code for the wedding?
👗 Wedding: Colorful Formal Attire—Men should wear a suit with a tie, and women can opt for a long gown, a chic cocktail dress, or a dressy jumpsuit. The ceremony will be on grass and the reception will be on a cobblestone terrace, so plan your shoes accordingly! Also, Palm Springs in January tends to be warm during the day and a bit chilly in the evenings, so a stylish wrap or jacket is a good idea.
